What is ClearCare?

ClearCare provides access to your schedule - completed and future shifts - as well as client assessments, directions to your client's residence, & more.  CleareCare is available as an app & a website which can be accessed from any device.

ClearCareGo App

You can download the ClearCareGo app on any mobile device.  Follow the directions below to download today.

 Once you have installed the app, you can login with your credentials.  The app allows you to view your schedule, client assessments and locations, clock in and out of your shifts and update tasks.  For a video tutorial on using the app, click here.

Mobile App Offline Mode

We will be making an update to our mobile app to meet some states’ upcoming EVV requirements. At this time, this change and the related communications pertain only to agencies that require it for EVV in their states. However, we will continue to develop the capabilities to make this feature more widely available.

In the event that the caregiver is unable to connect to the Internet or the app is unavailable, the ClearCare mobile app will be made available in “Offline Mode.”

How It Works

• The caregiver will be able to clock in and clock out without being connected.

• Schedule information will not be available during this time, so clock-ins/clock-outs that occur during Offline Mode will not be associated with a particular shift.

• Tasks, mileage and general comments will also not be available for completion at this time.

• The GPS location of the clock-in/clock-out will be captured.

• When the mobile app is back online, the ClearCare system will try to match the clock-in/clock-out with a shift on the caregiver’s schedule that has a similar time and location.

Agencies will be able to turn this feature on and off at the agency or caregiver level. The feature will be OFF by default when it is deployed. Will be implemented Wednesday Dec 4, 2019


ClearCare Online: Web Version

 For any device that does not support the app, you can access the Portal online.  By opening your web browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.) you can visit http://app.clearcareonline.com and login with your credentials at the top of this page.  You can not clock in and out or update tasks through the web version.
